
At an altitude of 1,500 meters (5000 feet), San Marcos La Laguna, Sololá, Guatemala, Central America, is a small, peaceful, Mayan village located on the shores of beautiful Lago de Atitlán (Lake Atitlán). “The Lake” is considered by many to be one of the most scenic and serene places in Central America.
